I couldn’t think of a better introduction than my dear sister in Christ, Eliza’s response to the article:

“What a wonderful, logical and concise exhortation!
Jesus did say that He is the Way, the Truth and the Life and that no one comes to the Father but by Him. If we go the wrong way believing the lie we will not have the life that He alone gives us and so we will not be reconciled to God the Father. The whole of the Bible teaches us about the God we worship and His glorious Son Jesus Christ. The Bible was written by the Holy Spirit through men specifically chosen by God for the purpose of writing His truth. When we are born again through repentant faith in Christ we are filled with the Holy Spirit who teaches us His truth from His Word. If we don’t have the Holy Spirit then we cannot know the truth from the Bible, since it is spiritually discerned. Those who do not hold to and believe sound biblical doctrine regarding Jesus Christ, His gospel, God our Father, sin, salvation, judgment and eternal life are bearing witness that they do not have the Holy Spirit indwelling them and so they do not belong to Christ. They are still dead in their sins and bound for hell. Lovingly correcting them with God’s Holy Word by the power of the Holy Spirit is what God calls us to do.

Brethren, if any of you do err from the truth, and one convert him; Let him know, that he which converts the sinner from the error of his way shall save a soul from death, and shall hide a multitude of sins. James 5:19-20

Protecting believers from the evil work of false teachers is a godly work and honors our God and Savior Jesus Christ. God bless you.”

The King's Dale

coexist My Beth Moore posts gather the most visits to my site and nothing else is even close. Which is kind of funny since I initially did all that research for someone else’s website. Anyway, I recently received a very kind letter from a woman named Mary who had read my main post on Beth Moore and wanted to address some concerns she had. Now I do not know Mary, but the letter is very kind. While being well-intentioned, it also contains a number of common errors that are overwhelming our Christian churches these days. So, I want to use her letter as an opportunity to attempt to teach Mary and others like her (and perhaps you) to identify the problems with this type of reasoning. Errors that are being indoctrinated into us in our world that teaches us to “coexist.”
