About Rev. Murray

Born in 1938 in the Isle of Lewis, Scotland, Allan Murray was converted from a worldly life to life in Christ in 1963. He was in secular employment from finishing at Glasgow University in 1962 until he felt called to the ministry in 1985. He then began theological training in the Free Church of Scotland College, and was called to the ministry of Rogart and Edrachillis Free Church in Sutherland, Scotland in 1988. In the year 2000, he became the minister of the three congregations of the Free Church of Scotland (Continuing) in Brora, Scourie and Assynt, ministering to a large area of Sutherland and Caithness in the northern Highlands of Scotland.
